If you wish to have a few close friends over for dinner at your home but would like to provide a restaurant quality meal and great service then this is for you. We deliver , set up, serve then clean up so all you have to worry about is enjoying yourselves.

Goats curd and opal basil stuffed zucchini flowers with a roasted pepper and lemon salad

White veal osso bucco with porcini mushrooms, freshly made pappardelle and gremolata

Chianti sorbet with crushed strawberries

Spiced lamb cigars with an orange and fennel salad and a honey, preserved lemon and orange blossom glaze

Grilled baby snapper (boneless fillet) with a coriander, walnut and lemon salad, toasted almond couscous,  tahini dressing

Rose water panna cotta with roasted rhubarb and pistachio biscotti

French

Gougeres - like a profiterole but made with gruyere and absolutely traditional and delicious
Oysters with spicy merguez sausages

Salade compose’es - of the best autumn stuff around

Seven hour leg of lamb with anchovy and garlic
Served with glazed baby potatoes, champignons and eschallots

Grilled sourdough with Roquefort and fresh walnuts

Fine tarte aux pommes – thin apple and cinnamon tart with freshly churned vanilla ice cream
