Entrée

-Duck liver parfait with balsamic onion and black pepper marmalade, brioche toast
-Istra proscuito with an apple, celeriac remoulade and toasted hazelnuts
-Aged goats cheese and caramelised onion tart with pate brisee
-Crab minestrone with risoni, fresh peas and basil
-Fritto Misto – floured and fried calamari, whitebait and fresh fish with lemon aioli
-Crispy quail with roasted cumin salt and a fennel & mint salad

Main course

-White veal scallopini with a steamed broccoli, roasted red onion and fetta salad
-Grilled barramundi with glazed kipflers and sauce A La Greque
-Char-grilled black angus eye fillet with lemon wilted silverbeet, roasted kipflers and salsa verde
-Sesame crusted ocean trout with wilted Chinese broccoli, crispy soba noodles and a mirin and soy broth
-Roasted duck and sour cherry pie with wilted cavalo nero
-Boneless poussin tagine stuffed with date and orange couscous, labne
-Roasted spiced rack of lamb with crushed peas and mint jus
-Bbq Kangaroo fillet crusted with coriander on a Persian fetta, roasted tomato and parsley salad
